Multi-Unit Residential | Bathroom Monitoring

AquaSensing's battery-free leak detection system was deployed throughout a three-story student housing building to monitor bathrooms, a laundry room, and a sump pump. The system repeatedly detected water splashes in one second-floor bathroom, allowing the property manager to identify the cause as occupant activity rather than a plumbing leak. To reduce nuisance alerts while maintaining protection, a spacer was installed beneath the sensor to decrease its sensitivity to harmless splashes.
